    Terms & Conditions

    Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. Signing below indicates your full understanding and acceptance.

    GENERAL ENROLLMENT & PAYMENT POLICIES

    1. Enrollment will be considered complete only after:

    - Submission of the registration form

    - Full payment of the applicable program and registration fees

    2. All fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of attendance, withdrawal, or missed sessions.

    3. Fee payments must be made only to Sportified's official account (in the name of Kaustubh Vikas Virkar or Sportified Pune). Payments made to personal accounts will not be recognized, and Sportified will not be liable for such transactions.

    4. A valid payment is recognized only when:

    - An official receipt is issued by Sportified.

    - The receipt is signed by an authorized representative and the parent/guardian.

    5. If part-payment is permitted, it must be completed within the communicated deadlines. Delays may lead to discontinuation of enrollment.

    6. Fees must be paid on or before the 25th of the previous month. Late payments may result in session access being restricted.

    ATTENDANCE & SESSION STRUCTURE

    1. Students must attend only in their assigned batch. Switching is not allowed unless approved by management.

    2. Sportified does not compensate or reschedule missed sessions, except under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the academy.

    3. Academy holidays are fixed:

    ● 1st January, 26th January

    ● Holi, Independence Day (15th August)

    ● Ganesh Chaturthi (1st and last day)

    ● 3–4 days of Diwali

    ● 25th and 31st December

    4. Session schedules are subject to change based on weather, venue availability, or operational requirements. Updates will be shared in advance where possible.

    5. Batch timings cannot be changed without prior written approval from the academy’s management.

    STUDENT ETIQUETTE & SAFETY RULES

    1. Students must:

    ● Arrive 10 minutes early

    ● Wear proper non-marking sports shoes and attire

    ● Bring their own rackets, shuttles, water bottles, and accessories

    2. Use their ID cards for venue entry (if applicable)

    3. Access to facilities is restricted to batch times only. No additional use is permitted.

    4. Any injury or illness must be disclosed before enrollment. A doctor’s certificate may be required if necessary.

    5. In case of injury during sessions, Sportified will not be held responsible.

    6. Emergency medical contact details and relevant health info must be submitted before the first session.

    PARENT/GUARDIAN RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Parents are responsible for timely pick-up/drop-off of their children.

    2. Parents are not allowed inside the court during training.

    3. Parents/students are strictly prohibited from:

    ● Taking photos or videos during training unless explicitly advised by the coaches.

    ● Disrupting ongoing sessions under any circumstances.

    4. All fee-related discussions must be directed to the administrative team only.

    5. Parents/guardians must not discuss or make any payments to coaches under any circumstances. Such payments are unauthorized.

    6. Private coaching arrangements with Sportified coaches outside the academy structure are strictly prohibited.

    COMMUNICATION & BEHAVIOUR

    1. All queries must be addressed to the Academy Manager/Operations Team, not individual coaches.

    2. Sportified fosters a positive environment. Any form of misconduct, aggression, or inappropriate language may lead to suspension or expulsion.

    3. No food or alcoholic drinks (except water or energy drinks) are allowed inside the court.

    4. Sportified reserves the right to revise policies or structure based on internal requirements.

    Photo / Video Consent


    At Sportified, we occasionally document sessions, events, and milestones through photographs and videos for the purposes of:

    • Internal training and quality assessment

    • Showcasing student progress and achievements

    • Sharing updates with enrolled parents/guardians

    • Marketing content for social media, website, and promotional materials

    • Print brochures, posters, or official publications


    All media is handled responsibly, and we never associate names with images unless prior written consent is taken.


    ⚠️ If you do not wish to have any photos or videos of you or your child used in any form, please inform the Sportified team in writing at the time of enrollment.


    ⚠️ If your child/player is selected for a dedicated feature (e.g., “Hall of Hustle”), a separate written consent form will be requested prior to publishing.


    Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk Agreement


    Please read carefully. This is a legally binding agreement. By signing below, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the terms of this Liability Waiver on behalf of yourself or your child (if the participant is a minor).

    1. Acknowledgement of Risk


    I understand that participation in Sportified’s sports programs and activities (“Activities”) involves inherent risks, including:

    • Physical exertion (e.g., muscle strains, sprains, fractures)

    • Collisions with coaches, players, or objects

    • Slips, trips, and falls

    • Aggravation of existing medical conditions

    • Dehydration, heat-related conditions

    I acknowledge that not all hazards can be foreseen or eliminated, and Sportified cannot guarantee my safety.

    2. Release & Waiver of Liability


    In consideration of being allowed to participate:

    • I WAIVE all claims against Sportified and its team (“Released Parties”)

    • I RELEASE them from liability for injury, loss, or damage related to the Activities

    • I DISCHARGE them from any duty to defend or indemnify for such claims

    3. Participant Health & Conduct

    • I (or my child) am in good health with no limiting medical conditions

    • I have submitted accurate medical information and will update as needed

    • I will follow all safety instructions and immediately report concerns

    4. Minor Participant Acknowledgment


    If under 18, I certify I am the parent/legal guardian and give permission for my child to participate. This waiver binds both me and the minor.

    5. Final Acknowledgment


    I HAVE READ THIS WAIVER, UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, AND SIGN VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.
